We support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both day habilitation programs and residential settings. This includes assisting people in reaching the goals that are important to them, accompanying people to appointments or outings and may include assistance with personal care and medical needs. We’re growing and hiring people for our direct support role to work with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our starting rate for direct support residential work is $17.25 with hourly wages at our day habilitation programs starting at $16.75. In every other way, he has autonomy over his own decisions, and lives independently. This 84-unit apartment community is by Home Leasing and offers housing in Henrietta to income-eligible tenants. Some apartments are designed for accessibility and people served by NYS OPWDD.
